This Shipping Policy explains how WantsFashion.com processes and delivers orders.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, promotions, or unusually busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Estimated delivery within the United States

Standard U.S. delivery is typically 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, or remote areas may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Any promotional shipping offer is valid only when displayed in the cart or at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take up to 72 hours to display its first update.

Address accuracy

Please review your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email info@wantsfashion.com immediately. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins, and we are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Separate parcels

Items from the same order may occasionally ship separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and parcels may arrive on different days.

Stock availability

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution for the affected item.

International delivery

International delivery is available only where an eligible option appears at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

Delayed or missing delivery

If tracking has not updated for several days or your order is past the estimated window, email us with your order number. We will review the available tracking information and assist with the next steps.
