Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery. To begin, email info@wantsfashion.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything. Items sent without authorization or to the address shown on the original parcel may not be accepted.
Condition of items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.
Non-returnable items
Unless required by law, gift cards, personalized items, final-sale items, opened beauty or hygiene-sensitive goods, underwear and swimwear with a removed hygiene seal cannot be returned.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. If confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, generally within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability. Include the requested size or color in your email and we will explain the available options.
